Relax on the shore of Rehoboth Bay at our private beach. You won't have to battle beach traffic or fight crowds here. Just lay out your beach towel and enjoy the view. For a small fee, we'll even set up a rental umbrella and chairs for you. test

Kids and grownups alike will love our pool. Kids have an area of their own where they can splash, cannonball and play games to their heart's content. On the adults only side, grown-ups can kick back and relax with a cocktail from our pool bar.

Shuttle Service
Hop on our complimentary shuttle and experience local attractions like Dog Fish Head Craft Brewery, tax-free shopping and the Delaware Beaches. Call the front desk to learn more about the shuttle schedule.
Recreation
It seems that everywhere you turn at Massey's Landing there's water. The campground sits on a secluded peninsula that is between Rehoboth Bay and Indian River Bay so there's plenty to do on the water. Launch a kayak, canoe or paddleboard; go fishing along our two-mile stretch of waterfront, lounge on our private beach or just enjoy the view. There's plenty to do on land too, including bike rentals and two playgrounds for the kids.

Sit down for a meal and a great view at Paradise Landing Tiki Bar or grab coffee and a sweet treat at Happy Jack's Cafe.

WiFi
Massey's Landing is the perfect place to unplug and spend time with your family, but you don't have to be completely disconnected while you're here. You can access free Wi-Fi everywhere in the campground, even from your beach chair.
Pet Services
Your fur baby will have just as much fun at our campground as you do. They can play in the dog park, hang out on the beach and chill at your RV site or pet-friendly cottage.

RV Storage & Valet
Take the stress out of your stay with our valet service. Our trained staff will take the hassle of parking your RV off your hands. With 48 hours’ notice, we’ll even pull your RV out of storage before check- in and into storage upon checkout. All you have to worry about is packing and relaxing.
Bath Houses
Staying fresh and clean is Easy at Massey's Landing. Four bathouses are conveniently located throughout the campground and are open 24-hours a day. Each bathhouse is equipped with restrooms, showers, heat, A/C, Wi-Fi and washer/dryers.
Arcade
Don't forget to bring quarters when you visit Massey's Landing so you can go head to head against other campers on arcade games or just hone your video game skills solo.
Marketplace
Don't worry if you realize you forgot something. Our marketplace is stocked with essentials, treats, souvenirs, groceries and more.
