There are so many articles about the dangers of long periods of sitting (see: this, this and this), side effects include chronic pain, back pain, spine injury, and slower metabolism. That’s why it’s so important to be conscious of how long you’ll be seated while en route to vacation.
Our tip: make your goal to break up your drive to Massey's Landing with 30 minute breaks every 1.5 hours.
Use this time to stretch, exercise (walking around or light calisthenics), and grab a light snack if you need it.

Sleep is critical to maintain physical and mental health – especially on vacation. Between the drive, set-up and hours spent in the sun, you and your crew will be wiped out!
Aim for at least 8 hours a night to feel rejuvenated by the start of each new day.
